The Chateau Ridge renovation is finally done! Eight months later and the house is ready for a new owner! Do you know anybody interested in moving into the Ellicott City area or looking to move into a bigger place in a nice neighborhood?
Not only is the floor plan much more open than in September, but it is also a more formal looking space that is waiting to be lived in.
The kitchen is currently the focal point of the first floor, and who wouldn’t want a wide open space to entertain guests, friends and family included? The large, air dried walnut kitchen island separates the kitchen from the spacious living room on the first floor. Upon walking in the bright front door, the dining room is to your left and the living room to your right. The kitchen sits off of the living room, encouraging guests and hosts to mingle while dinner is being prepared!
The first floor opens onto a large back porch with access to the expansive back yard. Who is ready for a barbeque this summer?
Going upstairs, the four bedrooms are laid out similar to their previous arrangement, but the colors, doors and floors have been updated, along with total renovations of the hall and master bathrooms.
Into the basement, Baltimore Fallen Lumber has added a powder room and a bar area, equipped with a multi-grain, edge grain bartop. It currently has unfinished floors so that the new homeowners can decide how they would like to finish the space. There is also a door that opens up into the side yard, bringing in a lot of additional natural lighting.
Baltimore Fallen Lumber and Maryland Wood countertops will be hosting an open house to show the renovations and hard work that have gone into the house. Stay updated and we will post updates on our Facebook page!
